Cancellation Policy

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation
• Any Modification made with in 24 hours of arrival may incur an additional fee

Payment Policy

1. No Payment is charged until check-in
2. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos. Sorry but we do not accept cheque payments
3. Payments by EFT has to be processed at least 2 business days prior to arrival
4. A credit Card pre-authorisation will be requested upon check-in as a form of security deposit during your stay



General Terms for Occupancy

1. You ( our guest) agree that you pay us ( Dug Out B&B) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges   up until the time you advice you have departed from you room
2. At the completion of you stay, it is your responsibility to leave the premises in a clean and tidy manners, ensure all dishes and utensils ( stove, oven, microwave) are throughly washed, clean and put back into it's place.
3. you agree to pay us for any excess cleaning, loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of use including that resulting from, but not limited to, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking, missing equipment and physical damage.
4. you agree to advise us of any changes in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not includes in the number stated the time of registration.
